Adopt a Gluten-Free Blogger: Thanksgiving Edition

The holidays are approaching, and many of us are looking for new ways to make old favorites. If you need to follow a gluten-free or wheat-free diet, need to make a dish for a gluten-free or wheat-free friend, or simply wish to reduce your wheat or gluten consumption, there's no time like the present to try a new recipe from a gluten-free blogger. Here is your assignment.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find ONE RECIPE suitable for the (Thanksgiving or similar) holidays posted on a GLUTEN-FREE BLOGGER'S website. If they are not a gluten-free blogger, they must at least have a category on their blog allowing readers to sort and read JUST the gluten-free recipes. If you're stuck- you can try browsing my list of gluten-free bloggers. Sign up in the comments for the event announcement at the Book of Yum with your name, the blogger's name that you are adopting AND [this is new, but important!] the name of the recipe you want to try, and its URL! Try the recipe and post about it, telling us a little about the blogger. Please don't reproduce the bloggers' recipe in your post- just link back to their recipe. Don't forget to take a pretty picture! Also, you MUST link back to this event announcement in your post. Then Email Me at seamaiden399[at]gmail[dot]com NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 1st with your name, blog name, the name of the recipe, and the url of your post. Don't forget to attach your pretty picture!

Deadlines:
Please try to sign up to adopt your Blogger BEFORE November 24th if at all possible! Yup, you have ONE WEEK to find a recipe, starting now! If you read about this event AFTER that date, no worries, you can still sign up...
Post BEFORE December 1st and send me your URL POST no later than December 1st.
The roundup will be in the first week of December.

If you don't have a blog, you are still welcome to adopt a gluten-free blogger. Sign up to "adopt" a blogger, write a review of one of their recipes, including your name (or pen name), the recipe URL and recipe title. Then take a photo of the completed recipe (if you can) and EMAIL ME the review and photo. I'll create a special page just for our non-blogging participants and post it for you.
