I had some strawberries in my fridge that needed to be used fast. Unfortunatly they were not really tasty. As I love the combination of cottage cheese and fruits I decided to create a dessert. It is sort of an unofficial charlotte.

"Rasgullas" are basically steamed ricotta-cheese dumplings with a juicy and rich texture, floating in "ras", made with either sugar syrup or milk, these delicious indian sweets never fail to impress! "

Delicious looking crepes

I completed another challenge for the Daring Bakers community. This perfect party cake turned out to be delicious.

A lighter interpretation of a trifle. I used leftover cake from the Perfect Party Cake, macerated the strawberries in limoncello and soaked the cake in lemon syrup. The cream is made with low-fat cream cheese and heavy creamed, all topped off with chopped pistachios!
