I wanted to celebrate with cake and thought I'd invite you all to a Spring party of cakes. Rhubarb, raspberries, strawberries, apricots, and cherries - there is a plethora of fruit to choose from and with your great imaginations I am sure you will come up with explosive creations.

The 2nd NTTC [No Time To Cook/Nutty Ten-Twenty Club] Challenge is on! Recipe submissions are being accepted. This challenge involves making a quick, healthy Dessert using Fresh Fruit, Fresh Ingredients and pantry staples in just 15-20 minutes.

Kopiaste.. to Greek Hospitality is hosting again Weekend Herb Blogging #177 - 30th March - 5th April, 2009, the brainchild of Kalyn, of Kalyn's Kitchen and now continued by Haalo, of Cook (almost) Anything at least Once.

Here’s are the rules:
