While there are a ton of excellent food blogging events out there, there aren't too many that involve my specialty: meat. So I thought I'd host the inaugural Meat & Greet.

Topic? Offal. Variety meats. The Nasty Bits. Offal cookery occurs in every cuisine and can be as varied as pickled tongue to grilled hearts to sauteed sweetbreads to boiled brains.
