Each month my group of friends and I get together and prepare a potluck of dishes from a specific chef or group of chefs. This month in honor of grilling season, we've got our spotlight on Bobby Flay. Any Bobby Flay recipes are welcomed for this blogging adventure.

1) Make a Bobby Flay recipe and create a blog post about it from now (the date of this post) until the midnight, June 15th. Any previous blog posts you have where you've created a Bobby Flay recipe are happily accepted.
