Cooking for kids event is authored by Sharmi of Neivedyam. I am honored to host this event for the month of March. Potato is chosen as the main ingredient. You can use any variety of potato: baby, gourmet, fingerling, mini, red, pink, blue, purple or yellow. Prepare a kid friendly dish (vegan, vegetarian or non-vegetarian) with Potato as the main ingredient and send me the entries on or before April 1st.

Guidelines for Participation:

1. Prepare a kid friendly recipe with Potato, and post it in your blog from March 1st 2009-April 1st 2009. Provide a link to this event announcement and Sharmi's blog.

2. Send me an e-mail with the subject line "CFK-Potato" to deepas.kitchen@yahoo.com with the following details:
Your name, name of the blog, blog url, recipe name, recipe link and a picture of the recipe

3. If you don't have a blog, just send me an email with your name and recipe. It is optional to send a picture.

4. Old posts are welcome too. You have to edit the post and provide a link to this event announcement and Sharmi's blog.

5. Multiple entries are accepted and there is no limit to the number of entries. Please feel free to use the logo.
