Deep Freeze Summer Challenge 2

I have just as much mystery going on in my freezer as I did last year, I am bringing the Deep Freeze Summer Challenge back....year 2. The frosty details are as follows -

- All submissions must include at least one main ingredient from your freezer.
- All submissions must be received by September 19, 2008 - 11:59 PM EST
- Your submission can be a full meal, or a single dish, snack, or other – it is totally up to you.
- You may submit more than one recipe.
- Link back to Mele Cotte somewhere in your post. Feel free to grab the Freeze pic.
- You don’t have to blog to submit recipes. Just email me the recipe details and a picture, in addition to the information below.
- Send an E-mail with your submission to melecotteblogevents(AT)gmail(DOT)com, with the Deep Freeze in the subject line.
Please include:
The name of the recipe, Your name/location, The name of your blog and its URL, A link to your post.

You can send a picture (approximately 350 pixels or smaller) or I can get it off your post – I will leave it up to you.
