End of Month Eggs on Toast Extravaganza

What can I say about this event...

It all started over at Spice Blog as a joke... I think. The general idea is an eggs on toast themed event at the end of the month (just as it says on the tin).

However, there is a twist. This is really a laid-back event. No need to have the round-up soon after, no need to actually cook anything or to post at the end of the month. For that matter I think there is no need that it shoud be eggs on toast either! - Actually Jeanne (see below) gets "all huffy" if at least one egg and some toast are not involved.
