Since most of you are trying to eat healthier in these first few weeks of the New Year (a natural phenomenon after the incessant pigging out we did during the holidays), I think it would be a good idea if we looked into cooking up some of Ree's Salad or Vegetable recipes for our next Foodie Fans of The Pioneer Woman round-up.
