Blog Description

Four or five years ago, I was 90 lbs heavier, lazy as hell, and didn't care anything involving health, or took consideration of others; but, I guess that's part of growing up. I've been a lacto-uovo vegetarian for the past 3 years and I don't regret a single thing. When I tell people about me, they apologize for my hardships but I really don't care because I am happy now. I'm healthier, have a steady boyfriend, caretaker for my grandparents, and studying to be a nutritionist. I am a slave to my sewing machine (I cosplay) and am a a hardcore kitchen bitch. Yes, unfortunately, I suffer a perfectionist complex. As I said I cosplay a.k.a costume role playand constantly attend anime cons. My boyfriend lives in VA; my love is ever stronger every time I see him. We already behave like a married couple. As I said before, I love to cook and I LOVE to bake. I also love to eat, but, who doesn't? I try to cook low fat/low sugar because large amounts of fat are bad and my grandmother is diabetic. I've been also recently diagnosed with celiac's disease so cooking to some degree has become more of a challenge. I, however, enjoy a good challenge.
