Free Up Your Restaurant Favorite

I’ve finally gotten around to hosting my first cooking contest, yay! I’ve been thinking about this for weeks, yet, I haven’t had the opportunity until now to post about it.

So, say you go into a particular restaurant that your friends or family have been dying to attend due to the fabulous menu choices - for them. You gaze longingly at the lavish plates of crispy chicken, teriyaki salmon, potato skins overloaded with cheese knowing that you can’t eat it due to the possibility of contamination. As you sit down, the menu unfurls and you glance along all the food options knowing there will be many possible opportunities for cross-contamination but you went there for the sake of your loved ones. As you mentally read off the listings, you know you can make the same thing cheaper, healthier, and safer for you.
So why not? Let’s show everyone that its possible!
