Homegrown Gourmet #11- Game Day Dishes

Autumn is tailgating season and this round of Homegrown Gourmet is looking for your local GAME DAY DISHES! Bring out your creative regional recipes for watching sports- be it football, soccer, cricket, cycling, sumo or Nascar!

The Rules:

  • Make a dish that follows the theme Game Day Dishes that represents your region- town, state, area, country. Representation can feature a local ingredient, be a traditional dish from your area, or be a creative twist.

  • Post the recipe to your blog with an explanation.
  • Include a link back to the host's blog in your post.
  • Send the completed entry to homegrown.gourmet@gmail.com by October 13th, with Your name, Your location, Your blog name and URL, and Permalink of your entry
  • When the round-up is posted, the host will announce his or her favorite dish. "Favorite" is completely subjective to the host! The creator of the fave gets the honor of hosting the next round, if they so choose.
