Mirassou Winery Taste & Toast Cookbook

This year, America’s oldest winemaking family, Mirassou Winery, celebrates 155 years of making wines in the sun-drenched hills of California. To mark this milestone, David Mirassou, sixth-generation family member, will visit six regions in the United States to celebrate great food and Mirassou wines with leading chefs in each locale.
