My Legume Love Affair, Third Helping

This September, I'm honoured to announce myself as the first guest host for Susan, The Well-Seasoned Cook's now monthly event, My Legume Love Affair.

In keeping with the original concept, there are no restrictions around here as to what constitutes a leguminous dish. That said, legumes, beans, pulses, call them what you will - be they fresh, frozen, dried, tinned or something altogether different - must feature as the central, defining ingredient of your recipe entry. All courses are welcome - from savoury beginnings to sweet, beany-endings and everything in between.

A prize* is on offer to all who participate, to be shipped to wherever in the world the randomly selected winner resides.

To enter, simply post a new recipe or a newly posted one from your archives, link to my announcement AND to Susan's weblog http://thewellseasonedcook.blogspot.com/
