I found my thoughts kept returning to the idea of a warming bowl of soup to ease the Fall chills. So, with the soup season upon us, I'm asking for hearty vegetarian soups. The idea is to make a bowl of soup that would essentially be filling and satisfying enough to serve as a meal in itself.
