No Croutons Required - June

We are going all leafy for this month's No Croutons Required.

We are looking for a vegetarian soup or salad that features leaves. Think spinach, watercress, kale, swiss chard, salad leaves, herbs ... Go crazy! If it's leafy, then add it!
