Winter has arrived here in Scotland, so it is time for another hearty soup or salad.

This month, I would like you to turn your attention to a soup or salad containing pasta. Be it spaghetti, penne, macaroni, noodles or any other interesting shapes you can come up with. Comfort food is the name of the game!
