Nourishing Portable Food Challenge

Looking for healthy, nourishing, lunches for yourself, husband, wife, or children? This carnival (a one day event where everyone posts on the same day with a link to and from my blog), is all about learning from others and sharing what has worked for you in this area. I welcome you to join in on the fun, and share what you have learned! With the school year fast approaching, and work still going year round, we all need some new inspiration.

I am ready to expand my nourishing culinary skills in portable, and nourishing food. And I would love to hear what works for you.

So here's the plan:

*For the next two weeks think, experiment, and try new recipes and new methods that will expand your meal planning abilities for nourishing portable food. Remember that we are looking for both nourishing and portable food. While I am eager to hear what already works for you, I encourage you to breath new life into your lunches by trying out a few new things and sharing those resources with us.

*Get the word out! If you have a blog, blog about this food event and link to this post and draw other people into joining us. The more the better! You all did such a wonderful time with the last food carnival. Let's make this one just as good. :-) Feel free to use the above picture as well.

*Then, on August 27th, I will host a carnival where we will share what works for us. Bloggers can post on their own blog and use the Mr. Linky. Others can share in the comment section or email me with their comments. You can share what has worked for you in the past, and/or what new things you have learned in the past few weeks. I hope that in the end, we will have a rich resource that we can refer to in the future.
