NTTC June 2009 Greens Challenge

The official NTTC No. 4 June 2009 Challenge begins on June 1, 2009 and ends on June 30, 2009. The roundup for the same will be done in the first week of July and a winner will be announced. The winner will be decided based on the originality of the recipe, the creativity in putting it together, the time taken to prepare it and how healthy it is. The star of this month’s challenge is Leafy Greens. The goal is to come up with a fast, healthy recipe to tide us in our harried lives. Here are the details of the challenge.
