NTTC May 2009 Chocolate Challenge

NO TIME TO COOK [NTTC] is back for the third time. In NTTC #3 May 2009, the challenge is to come up with a fast 10-20 minute recipe using fresh produce, pantry staples and a special ingredient "CHOCOLATE"!!
