bought quite a lot of plaintains from Hmart for my son.But,it was like too much for him to finish it off.So,this became the evening snack someday ,last week.The person who gets into my mind each and every second when thinking of this bhajji is my Appichi(Grand father),who is no more in this world,but evergreen in our hearts.He is the person who introduced this bhajji to me.I am his first Grand daughter and so very special too...He would be so happy if he is here and sees his RUMS(ya,its me..) cooking...I dedicate this Pazham Pori(Pazham Bhajji) to my dear APPICHI.
