In Massachusetts, we’re being overrun by rhubarb right now. One neighbor’s soft law: every time you walk by his garden, you have to take at least a few stalks. What do you do with yours? Let us know by sending your favorite rhubarb recipes?
Our favorite recipe featuring rhubarb will be featured in the Root Source and published on Cookthink.com. The author will receive a copy of 2500 Recipes: Everyday to Extraordinary, by Andrew Schloss and Ken Bookman.
