Every week the cookthink crew puts out the root source, a weekly email in which we focus on one ingredient and chew over the best ways to buy it, store it, prep it and cook with it.
The topic for this Root Source Challenge? Pork Chops. Make your picture-perfect classic dish, or something a bit more unusual.
Just send us your best recipe to rootsourcechallenge [at] cookthink [dot] com, and include your name and email address, the name of your blog and a permalink to the recipe. (If you don't have the recipe online, just include it in the body of the email.)
The winning recipe will be featured in the root source and published on Cookthink.com. The winner will also receive a new cookbook - Grill Every Day: 125 Fast-Track Recipes for Weeknights at the Grill, by Diane Morgan.
Submissions are due by 12pm EST Tuesday, April 8.
