The theme for this round is A as in August (and September). Do you realize what a incredible freedom of choice this gives you? Dishes with names beginning with A, an enormous amount of ingredients that begin with A and I am sure there are plenty of other ways to interpret this theme. Of course your entry has to be heart-healthy too: low in saturated fats (lean meats and fish), low in salt (sodium), but you can be abundant with vegetables or fruit.
