New here...looks very different from last year - thanks to those doing the hard work behind the scenes!

I just posted my annual blog event,Teach a Man to Fish, and also want to let folks know about my Tuesdays. In response to readers seeking healthier, or more sustainable, or less expensive menu options:or all of the above, I started this rolling event two weeks in now!

I see a fair number of vegetarians here, and fearless cooks, care to stop by and share your expertise and recipes with my readers?
