* link to your entry
* your name / nickname to be used in the round-up
* name of your blog / website / Flickr profile etc.
* location (where are you from?)
Now you can also submit your entry through Wholesome Lunchbox Flickr Group at: http://www.flickr.com/groups/coffeeandvanilla
Rules:
1. Your entry has to be lunchbox food, preferably easy to prepare and healthy. It should have picture and recipe or description of what is in the box.
2. Your entry can be post from your blog archive, or posted especially for this event. It can be also image on Flickr or in other photo gallery, as long as it has notes saying what is inside.
3. Please link back to this post: http://www.coffeeandvanilla.com/?p=1429 in your entry and if it is possible include one of the event banners. This point is not obligatory for Flickr entries.
